For individual client projects, specific proposals, quotations, statements of work, service agreements, invoices, or other written agreements may contain additional terms. Where applicable, those project-specific terms will govern the relevant engagement.

  1. Website Use

You may use this website for lawful purposes only.

You agree not to:

  • Use the website for unlawful or fraudulent purposes
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website or its systems
  • Interfere with website security or operation
  • Introduce malicious code, software, or harmful material
  • Copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute website content without authorization

  • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when communicating with us

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the website where reasonably necessary to protect the website, our users, our business, or third parties.

  1. Project Inquiries and Quotations

Submitting an inquiry through our website does not automatically create a client relationship or service contract.

Project quotations, proposals, estimates, and timelines are based on the information available to us when we prepare them.

A project becomes formally agreed upon when the relevant parties accept the applicable proposal, quotation, statement of work, service agreement, or other written agreement.

  1. Project Scope

The scope of each project should be defined in the applicable proposal, quotation, statement of work, or agreement.

Changes to project requirements after approval may affect:

  • Project cost
  • Delivery timeline
  • Technology requirements
  • Development effort
  • Third-party costs
  • Testing and deployment requirements

Additional work may require separate approval or a revised quotation.

  1. Project Timelines

We make reasonable efforts to meet agreed project timelines.

However, delivery dates may be affected by factors including:

  • Changes in project requirements
  • Delays in receiving content or information
  • Client feedback or approvals
  • Third-party services
  • Hosting or infrastructure issues
  • Technical dependencies
  • Unforeseen development or integration requirements
  • Events outside our reasonable control

Where a project timeline changes materially, we will communicate the relevant impact where reasonably possible.

  1. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and timely information, content, access credentials, approvals, feedback, and other materials reasonably required to complete a project.

Clients should ensure that materials they provide to Genesis Web Technology do not infringe third-party rights or violate applicable laws.

Delays caused by missing information, approvals, content, or access may affect the project timeline.

  1. Payments and Fees

The applicable proposal, quotation, invoice, or service agreement will specify project fees, payment schedules, deposits, milestones, recurring charges, and other financial terms.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • Work may be scheduled according to the agreed payment structure.
  • Additional work outside the agreed scope may incur additional charges.
  • Third-party services or costs may be billed separately where applicable.
  • Late or unpaid amounts may affect project schedules or service availability.

Confirm specific payment and cancellation terms in the applicable client agreement.

  1. Third-Party Services

Projects may require third-party products or services, including:

  • Domain registration
  • Web hosting
  • Cloud infrastructure
  • Payment gateways
  • APIs
  • Plugins
  • Themes
  • Software licenses
  • Email services
  • Analytics platforms
  • Other third-party technologies

Third-party services are subject to their own terms, pricing, availability, warranties, and policies.

Genesis Web Technology is not responsible for changes, interruptions, failures, pricing changes, or policies imposed by third-party providers beyond our reasonable control.

  1. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Genesis Web Technology retains ownership of its pre-existing materials, frameworks, processes, tools, reusable components, methodologies, know-how, and other intellectual property developed independently of a specific client project.

Ownership or licensing of project-specific deliverables will be determined by the applicable proposal, agreement, or payment terms.

Clients remain responsible for ensuring they have the necessary rights to content, images, logos, trademarks, data, software, and other materials supplied to us.

  1. Website and Third-Party Content

Genesis Web Technology may use third-party tools, libraries, plugins, frameworks, APIs, stock assets, or other licensed materials as appropriate for a project.

Such materials may remain subject to their respective licenses and terms.

We will make reasonable efforts to use third-party materials appropriately, but clients are responsible for complying with any licensing conditions applicable to materials they provide or request.

  1. SEO and Digital Marketing

SEO and digital marketing services involve factors outside our direct control, including search engine algorithms, competitors, market conditions, user behavior, third-party platforms, and changes in search technology.

Accordingly, we do not guarantee specific search rankings, traffic levels, leads, sales, or other particular business outcomes unless expressly stated in a written agreement.

The applicable service agreement will govern any performance targets or reporting arrangements.

  1. Hosting and Cloud Services

Where Genesis Web Technology provides hosting, cloud, server management, or related infrastructure services, the applicable service arrangement will define the relevant resources, fees, support, and scope of services.

Hosting and cloud services may depend on third-party infrastructure providers and are therefore subject to their availability and policies.

Clients are responsible for maintaining appropriate access, content, backups, and other requirements unless these responsibilities have been expressly assigned to Genesis Web Technology.

  1. Website Maintenance and Support

Maintenance and support services are provided according to the applicable project or support agreement.

Support may include technical assistance, updates, troubleshooting, security improvements, performance optimization, or other agreed services.

Work outside the agreed support scope may be quoted separately.

  1. Confidentiality

We recognize that clients may share confidential business, technical, commercial, or strategic information with us.

Where a confidentiality agreement or NDA is in place, we will handle confidential information in accordance with that agreement.

If no separate NDA applies, we will still use reasonable care when handling confidential project information and will disclose it only when reasonably necessary for legitimate business purposes or required by law.

  1. Website Content and Accuracy

We make reasonable efforts to keep the information on this website accurate and current.

However, website content may contain errors, omissions, outdated information, or descriptions that may change as our services and business evolve.

Information on this website should not be interpreted as a binding offer or guarantee unless expressly stated otherwise.

  1. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Genesis Web Technology will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or loss-of-profit damages arising from the use of our website or services, except where such limitation is not permitted by law.

Any liability relating to a specific client project will be subject to the applicable project agreement and applicable law.

  1. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold Genesis Web Technology and its personnel harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and reasonable expenses arising from:

  • Your unlawful use of the website
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Materials or content you provide that infringe third-party rights

Project termination and client service cancellation will generally be governed by the applicable project or service agreement.

  1. Force Majeure

We will not be responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe infrastructure failures, internet or telecommunications outages, government actions, cyber incidents, labor disruptions, third-party service failures, or other comparable events.

  1. Privacy
